A block of 10 Standard rooms are now on hold at the Best Western Roehampton. The hotel is on Mt. Pleasant just north of Eglinton, making it a short drive to the fields. The hotel is also a short walk to the subway. As an added bonus, the Granite Brewery (just south of Eglinton on Mt. Pleasant) is nearby for those who would like to sample fine microbrew beer. The rooms are guaranteed at $119.00 CAD plus tax per night. Only Valet parking is available @ $12.00 per night.

Summary of Booking

Guestrooms & Dates:

Rates are based on double or single occupancy, net non-commissionable and are subject to all applicable taxes + fees. Please add $10.00 for King size room and $20.00 for a corner suite.

Room Requests:

Adjoining, Smoking & handicapped rooms are available & must be requested in advance. While we cannot guarantee room types or specific rooms, every effort will be made to accommodate special requests based on availability.

Check-in/Check-out Times:

Check-in & Check-out times are generally observed at 3:00pm & 11:00am.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is not included in your room rate, but is served daily in the onsite Restaurant 808 @ $10.95 per person.

Parking:

Parking is available onsite but is not included in your room rate. Parking is valet and costs $12.00 per day with full in/out privileges.

Reservations/Room List:

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (416) 487-5101 or 1-800-387-8899. Please refer to Zodiac 2010 to receive the special group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card. Reservations must be made no later than August 31, 2010. If we have not received your reservation by this date, we reserve the right to release the rooms back to the hotel for resale without notification. Group rate is NOT available thru Internet or Best Western Central Reservations.

Billing Terms:

Guestroom charges, taxes and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual guest and must be paid at checkout.

Force Majeure:

The parties’ performance under the Agreement is subject to Acts of God, war, threat of war, insurrections, Government of Canada regulation or advisories, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of foreign enemies, disaster, strikes (except those involving the Hotel’s employees or agents), fire, earthquakes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation services or facilities, or any other emergency beyond the parties’ control, making it illegal, impossible or commercially impracticable to perform their obligations under the Agreement. Either party may cancel the Agreement without liability for any one or more of such reasons upon notice to the other.

Force Majeure is intended to excuse a party only if the failure to perform could not be avoided by the exercise of due care by that party.

Cancellation Policy:

 Any cancellation must be made no later than the same day of arrival by 4:00pm or full charges will apply.
