Why can't I log on?

If you can't log on to the site with any user name / password combination you can think of, send mail to admin@tuc.org with your full name (as registered with TUC), BBS user name (if any), a list of any email addresses that might be attached to the account, and anything else that you think might help us find you. If there is a new user name you would like to use, indicate that as well. If we can find you in the database, we will email you your user name, and you can then use the "Lost password recovery" link on the homepage to reset your password. Only if we email you back to tell you that you aren't in the database should you create a new account!
