In extraneous circumstances where a TUC member is severely injured and does not have proper medical coverage, the following details the insurance coverage offered to members of TUC while playing league games:

Effective Dates: December 31 2011 to December 31, 2012

Amounts and Limits

• Accidental Death and Dismemberment - $10,000
• Aggregate Limit - $1,000,000
• Accidental Medical/Hospital Expenses - $10,000 (covers expenses incurred in Canada and that are in excess of the agreed deductible and of any government medical/hospital plan and/or any other policy providing reimbursement)
• Accidental Dental Expenses - $1,000
• Fracture Indemnity Schedule - $10,000
• Repatriation Benefit - $5,000
• Family Transportation Benefit - $5,000
• Deductible - $250 Accidental Medical/Hospital Expenses, Accidental Dental Expenses
