Want to work in Ultimate? The Toronto Ultimate Club is accepting applications for the position of Administration & Events Coordinator (AEC), until November 18, 2012. This 10 month contract position will offer part-time hours in the winter and full-time hours in the spring/summer. It will be ideal for a senior-level university student or recent graduate, or a part-time contractor/retiree with superior administrative skills. Read further for job description and more details.

Administration & Events Coordinator
Contract: Full time/Part time equivalent hours (10 month contract)
Primary role is to organize and execute professionally run events for the Club, as well as provide administrative support to the Club as directed by the TUC General Manager (GM). Contract responsibilities include:

November – February: approx. 20 equivalent part time hours per week plus tournaments and events
The majority of tournaments and events take place in the months from May to September. The AEC is required to be present during all tournaments and special events that are under his/her management, and/or as instructed by the GM.
