Here is the agenda. The agenda for the special meeting is to approve 2 sets of financial statements, as these were not available for approval at the 2014 Annual General Meeting. See the 2014 AGM Minutes and 2014 Finance Report for further details. The meeting will also include a forum discussion on our Pick It Up! initiative that took place during Week 3 of the TUC summer season. This is your opportunity to share your feedback on the initiative and provide suggestions on how it can improve!
A motion (special resolution) will be made as follows at the meeting: Motion to approve the financial statements as presented for the “stump year†reporting period (January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013) and the last fiscal year reporting period (April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014).
Date: Tuesday, September 23, 2014
Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: Monarch Park Stadium Clubhouse, 1 Parkmount Road. The Clubhouse, which is home to the TUC head office, is located behind Monarch Park Collegiate High School and adjacent to the sports field.
Transit/Parking: Parking is available in the lot right next to the Clubhouse and along the neighbouring streets. If traveling by TTC you can take the subway to Coxwell Station and the clubhouse is a 5 minute walk south and then west on Hanson street to Parkmount Road.
Note you must be a current TUC member in order to attend. Please also note that Intro members do not have voting rights at this meeting, but are welcome to attend. All valid TUC members have the right to vote by proxy (per Section 14.4 or 14.5 of the TUC Bylaws). Please plan on joining us on Sept 23!
