We're running a 4v4 in Whitby on Dec 30, and we still have room for 2 more teams. If you're interested in putting one together, let me know.

Also, if you don't have a team but are interested in playing, let me know and I may be able to put you touch with captains who are looking for an extra player or two, or an extra player or two who are looking for a team.

8 Team Cap
Format – 4v4 (3:1 Men-to-Women Ratio. You can play more women if you like, but the other team doesn’t have to match).
Schedule is likely to be 5 x 28 minute games.
Team Fee - $160

We'll be using the "Ottawa" or "Quebec" rules of speedpoint:
- no subbing on the fly
- after a point is scored, the disc is placed on the ground.
- Substitutions happen
- O sets
- D sets
- Tap it in
- This should all happen in 20-30 seconds.
