time caps playing under artificial light

Do indoor rules apply to time caps while playing outdoor under lights, with the game ending at the buzzer? Or is the last point played out? What if that point goes long - do we just play up until the lights go off? I could swear at the captains meeting that we talked about ending right at time cap, but I can't find it written down anywhere.

The presentation from the captains' meeting was supposed to be posted on the site, but I don't see it anywhere.

Rule V.A.1.c says "A hard time cap is the ending of the game once a predetermined time of play has elapsed and after the current scoring attempt is completed. If the score is tied, play continues until one additional goal is scored." I believe, though, that because we have very limited time after the time cap (games are set to end at 10:55 when we have the field until 11:00, for example), the TUC rule is that you finish the point and that's all; ties are acceptable. If the point drags on and on and the lights go off, you should obviously stop then.
Did you get that thing I sent you?

Looks like the captains' meeting slides are here, though I don't see any mention of dealing with caps on lighted fields. I was sure we talked about vacating them right at cap both for early and late games - much like in indoor, if you're playing the 7-9 game at a field where there's also a 9-11 game, it would be rude to keep playing that last point past cap as you would end up infringing on the later games's time (just like in indoor), and likewise for lights (as ending when the lights go off could be dangerous).

It would be nice if these special cases were written down somewhere. I though they were, actually, but I can't turn it up. The indoor league rules page is great for spelling out all of these differences from usau rules, could we get an equivalent for the summer league? The summer league page has some stuff about caps, but doesn't mention lighted fields, nor does it talk about playing at fields with multiple games scheduled back-to-back.
