Indoor Time
Just a quick question....in the "indoor rules" it stipulates that you play out the point with the exception being Downsview where there is a buzzer. At Monarch Park (and others) there is often a whistle blown. Should the rule be "if there is a buzzer play is immediately dead" and, if not, play out the point or is the whistle meant to indicate that the "soft cap" is in effect?
It would seem to me that the importance of games starting on time would mean that the whistle (where it exists) would be important to stop whereas in the case of no whistle the "play out the point" eliminates some of the potential discussion about the 'exact' time.
