Excerpt from the TUC 2008 Registration Information Page:

"The annual TUC membership is valid from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009. All players in TUC leagues must first be a valid member of the Toronto Ultimate Club. Membership privileges include:

Free membership package including an authentic 2008 TUC Member Disc, an instructional ‘Ultimate 101â€￾ DVD, TUC sticker and magnet, and for introductory members a copy of the 11th edition UPA Rulebook.

Apologies for the confusion. We have made the decision to now charge a minimum fee of $5 for outdoor clinics, and we missed updating some of our communications.

The reason for this is simple - the City of Toronto has increased its fees for all fields by 8% in 2008. Whenever TUC hosts a clinic we try to keep it as cheap as possible for the members - we generally lose money on field expenses for clinics, and we don't mind doing so for the sake of development, but not to the degree of an additional 8% loss. This is not an attempt to 'make money', but rather maintain a similiar 'loss' to year's past.

Also please bare in mind that other Clubs charge in the range of $25 per outdoor clinic. And we charge non-TUC members usually $10-$15 more to attend our clinics.
