Congratulations to our Fall BMO Indoor Co-ed League Champions! On Monday in the Intermediate League Finals team ‘Bandidos’ went 10-0 for the season, defeating Huckstables. 30 years of TUC – Call for Submissions

Next year (2010) marks the 30th anniversary of TUC and we are already thinking about the celebration! TUC is making a showcase commemorative video on the history or TUC through the 80’s, 90’s and new millennium. The video, produced by member Otto Chung, will document the early origins of the Club and follow its growth and chronology to where it is today. We need your help in making this video one for the ages! Here’s what we are seeking:

 - Old photographs and video of TUC events, TEAMS, members, games, etc

 - Old Club documents from key volunteers or members (posters, admin papers)

 - Interviews with key founders, volunteers, and partners – refer them to us!

 - Stories from the glory years, your favourite moments in TUC - share them with us!

Please take the few minutes necessary to dig up those old photos or videos, and/or send us an email regarding your contribution. Every little bit goes towards a great celebration in 2010!

Got something to share with TUC for its 30th anniversary? Email 30years@tuc.org.

Winter League Updates
Winter BMO Leagues begin on January 26 & 27, first games are now posted in our league schedules. Good luck to all teams and remember to play with Spirit!

TUC offers co-ed pickup on Wednesday nights at Upper Canada College, through to March 18, 8:00 – 9:00pm each Wednesday in the UCC Dome. Due to the immense popularity of this offering all players must now signup for pickup on the TUC BBS. Around 12pm noon on each Wednesday of pickup, our convenors will post a thread on the BBS (under Talk TUC League). The first 18 men and 10 women to signup will be allowed to play that evening, and our convenors will bring th signup sheet to pickup as well as collect the $10 fee from each player. If you don’t show up and you are on the playing list, then you won’t be allowed to play the following week. If you don’t pay, you don’t play! We hope this helps regulate numbers and keep it as fair and fun as possible!

Winter Women’s League, Men’s League, Thursday Hangar League, and Sunday UCC League are all in full swing. Note that Women’s League does not have games on February 15.
