Delay of game and stall counts
After completing a delay count and starting stall counts, the offensive player standing over the disc is waved off by a teammate midway through the stall count. What happens I this situation? Continue counting? Restart stall count? Turnover?

I could be wrong, but if the player is standing over the disc then they must pick it up? No?
Also, maybe this link might help http://uparules.blogspot.ca/2007/03/pre ... -game.html

No.
But at the same time, the stall count that's been initiated has nothing to do with any particular person holding the disc (since nobody is...), and proximity doesn't enter into it. It's because the game is being delayed. Why would a further delay be rewarded with a fresh stall count? Keep on counting those stalls regardless of what happens. (Well, except for picks, injuries, etc. that legitimately stop the play. But when that's resolved, pick up the stall count where you left off.)
Did you get that thing I sent you?
