Why is it that drivers in the GTA don't understand how to drive over speed bumps?

You have shocks on your car. They're there to absorb bumps.

If you go over the speed bump at the speed intended... it's a bump.

If you slow down... the shocks don't do anything, and you get thrown around.

GO OVER THE SPEED BUMPS WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN.

Yes, they all know how to drive poorly.

Take the bumps at 30kph.

I thought fondly of this thread when I went over the bumps today at a breezy 5km/h.
