Youth sports

I'm close to wrapping up a major project to improve support for youth sports in Zuluru. This includes things like parental accounts, the ability to register your kids for things from your own account, and associated administrative tools. (These same benefits all apply to any "linked" account, so husband and wife pairs can use it too.)

This has been in testing with the client that is paying for it as development has proceeded, but it wasn't ready for launch on production servers until now. I have uploaded these changes to the TUC site as of last night, so everyone here can now enjoy them too!

To take advantage of these features, look at pages like My Profile -> Edit and My Profile -> Link to relative. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for improvements, or if you find any bugs!
