Oktoberfest 2015

WODS is excited to be hosting its annual Oktoberfest tournament on October 17-18, 2015 at Kiwanis Park in Kitchener.
Registration is now open! Team fees are $400. There will be water for each team, field food available, and a food truck to buy from on-site. VC will also be selling merchandise. To register, sign up here: http://www.wods.ca/node/2981
The Oktoberfest party will be held on the Saturday night at Bingemans Kool Haus (which is the largest festhall in the city). Tickets are $20/person and includes admission, a beer, and a sausage. Guaranteed entrance is until 8pm, which allows for plenty of time to clean up after the last game of the day. Ticket orders are due by Oct. 14 and are available on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve tickets, include the ticket fees with your team fees when you register for the tournament. Or, email treasurer@wods.ca as soon as you can to reserve additional tickets.
