Membership Registration Failed
Hi Greg,
I tried to register for my 2011 membership. It's failing when I try to sign the waiver.
Error message:
We're sorry. The page you requested, /Zuluru/Zuluru/people/sign_waiver/type:membership/year:2011/event:364, doesn't exist on "Toronto Ultimate Club".
Looks like there's an extra "/Zuluru" in the form.

Hi Greg,
I was able to register my membership yesterday.
I just went into Zuluru and noticed this at the top:
You currently have 1 unpaid registration. Click here to complete these registrations.
But I paid online already (and have an email receipt).

Same problem here. I've emailed Greg about it. I'm sure he'll post a reply here soon. I know of another person that has the same issue currently as well.

Seems our payment provider doesn't like the change of IP addresses. I've disabled the "pay" button for the moment, and will re-enable it as soon as this is resolved. Anything that was paid for will be correctly marked as such.
The registration part of things is fine, so you can continue to register for memberships, teams, etc. and pay for them when we're back online.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

Did you get that thing I sent you?

Hi,
when i try to register for 2011/2012 Adult Membership, i keep getting
"To register for this event, you must already have a membership."
Is there someplace else i need to register?

Have you been a member of TUC before? If not, then you are attempting to register for the wrong membership. You would actually be eligible for the 2011/2012 New Intro Membership, the system is actually trying to save you money(!).
Note that the Intro membership does have limitations (only valid to play on 1 team per Spring and/or Summer season), and if you want to exceed those limitations then you can upgrade from the Intro membership to the regular Adult membership at any time. But you must register for the intro membership first.
If that is not the reason please contact the TUC head office so that we may assist you further - 647.345.8105.
