Website problems for Rogers subscribers?

I've had reports, from just one person so far, of periodic problems with the TUC site. They get blank pages, or severely truncated pages. I've had them run some ping tests, and a high (>5%) percentage of packets are being lost. They have the same problem with other sites hosted by the same provider, but have not noticed it with any others, so it's probably not at their end. I don't have the same problem, so it's probably not our web host. My guess is that it may be a connection between Rogers and some other part of the network.

I know that we have other members who are with Rogers, and I was hoping to get some feedback from them as to whether this is happening to them too. If you're on Rogers, and can give me some help, drop me a note, or if you just have success/failure stories to share you can post them here.
