Dec'19 + Jan'20: 5 weeks of Advanced MXD Work - Sundays @ Monarch
In collaboration with the Toronto Mixed Touring System, this 5 week program is intended to serve as an introduction for intermediate players, and help existing members of the touring system to ramp up into the 2020 season.
Sessions will be led by a combination of TUC Coaches and/or leaders from Union, Zen and MMV. Each 55 minute session will aim to offer 10-25 minutes of focused learning, and 25-40 minutes of scrimmage at a high intensity.
Please bring one black and one white shirt, and please be warmed-up prior to 5pm so the program can promptly begin.
Format: Clinic and Scrimmage

Times: Program runs from 5:00pm - 5:55pm
