u19 (Gr 7 - Gr 12) Beginner and Intermediate Clinic @ Felstead Park - Jul 4 (Non-Members)
This clinic is for beginner and intermediate athletes, will be led by our own Coach Jamie (Team Canada, Toronto Rush) and will introduce:
- Throwing flicks, backhands and hammers
- Vertical stack offense
- Resets
Followed by 45 minutes of scrimmage.
Please bring your own clearly marked water bottle, sunscreen, and if possible, cleats.
