The Womxn's Masters Ultimate Clinic, hosted by Lore Ultimate, is designed for those looking to re-engage with the sport they love and learn how to play smarter to keep playing longer. This clinic offers a welcoming environment for all skill levels, featuring warm-ups, drills, scrimmages, and discussions on future opportunities in Ultimate.
Whether you're brushing up on fundamentals or refining your strategy, this is your chance to connect with other players and get a head start on the upcoming season.
Who Should Attend:
All women who identify as women and will turn 30+ by the end of 2025 (born in 1995 or earlier) are welcome. All skill levels are welcome!

- Cleat up and socialize
- Dynamic warm-up activities and conditioning tips
- Technical drills with coaching
- Scrimmage with strategic coaching
- Cool-down and guided discussion on future playing and leadership opportunities

- Spots are limited—secure your spot early!
- All participants must bring appropriate footwear (cleats) and a water bottle.
- Registration closes when capacity is reached or on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at 4 pm.
