Fall Indoor 2026: U16 4v4 League (ages 13-15) Sundays @ Monarch
This popular indoor program returns to Monarch this indoor season, aiming to provide athletes aged 12 to 15 years old with a place to compete, learn and receive coaching.
While some aspects of the format will depend on registrations, the aim is to spend most of the season playing small-sided 4v4 games, offering numerous opportunities to be involved and catch/throw the disc, while aligning with the Long-Term Athlete Development Model.
New players are welcome, but most athletes registering for this program will have previously participated in a TUC program or at their school.
Experienced coaches lead every session. All players must be registered as a 2026 TUC Youth Member.
Age/Divisions: u16 (ages 12-15)
Format: Mixed gender instructional program with lessons and game-play
Dates: Starts October 25th, 2026 and finishes January 17th, 2027 (12 weeks; no programming on December 27th)
Times: Program runs from 4:00pm - 4:55pm
Location: Monarch Park Stadium Indoor
Cost: $225 ($199.12 + HST)
