Fall Indoor 2026: U19 4v4 League (ages 14-18) Sundays @ Monarch
Back for the 2026 Fall Indoor Season, this popular indoor program returns to Monarch, providing athletes aged 14 to 18 years old with a place to compete, learn, and receive coaching.
The aim is to spend most of the season playing small-sided 4v4 games, offering numerous opportunities to be involved and catch/throw the disc, while aligning with the Long-Term Athlete Development Model and helping athletes compete in 4v4 ultimate, a new category of junior and senior national championships.
New players are welcome, but most athletes registering for this program will have previously participated in a TUC program or at their school.
Experienced coaches lead every session. All players must be registered as a 2026 TUC Youth Member.
Age/Divisions: u19 (ages 14-18)
Format: Mixed gender instructional program with lessons and game-play
Dates: Starts October 25th, 2026 and finishes January 17th, 2027 (12 weeks; no programming on December 27th)
Times: Program runs from 2:00pm - 2:55pm
Location: Monarch Park Stadium Indoor
Cost: $225 ($199.12 + HST)
