Take the DVP and get off at the Bayview/Bloor exit. Follow the Bloor Street Exit, turn left onto Castle Frank Road, the turn left onto Bloor Street East which will change to Danforth Road after crossing the bridge. Turn right onto Hampton Street, then left onto Grandview and another left onto Logan Ave. The park is located on the right hand side.
