Fall Outdoor 2023: Scrimmage 101 Wednesday @ Monarch - Beginner & Intermediate
It's back! In 2019 and 2022 we ran our super fun and crowded inaugural Scrim 101, and we're back again this Fall. This program is for adult beginner and intermediate players looking to advance their skills and knowledge while playing games with a coach's supervision.
Each session will include 60-80 minutes of scrimmage.
This program is designed to provide a positive learning environment and is not intended for those looking for a primarily competitive atmosphere.
Each session will begin with a warm-up and a developmental drill before breaking off into a scrimmage. Experienced coaches will be leading each session and may call "teachable timeouts" during game play to quickly discuss strategy and technique.
If group size permits, the class will be split into Beginner and Intermediate Groups.
Dates: Starts September 13 and finishes October 4 (4 weeks)
Time: 7:00 - 8:55pm
Format: 7-on-7 Mixed Gender. Ratio will aim for a 50/50 split.
Location: Monarch Park Stadium
Cost: $80
