2024-2025 Annual General Meeting
TUC will be hosting its General Meeting of the membership on Thursday, February 5th, 2026, at 6:30 pm virtually via Google Meet.
To hold this meeting, we require a minimum of 0.5% of the current membership to attend and form a quorum. Without a quorum, we cannot hold this meeting.
Registration will close 1 day ahead of the meeting date.
At the General Meeting, TUC will present operational reports from the Board of Directors and Executive Director; a financial update to the membership, 2023 Audited Financial statements and 2024/2025 unaudited statements. We will also be holding elections for the Board of Directors. We are seeking people with diverse interests to continue guiding TUC as we grow our community and sport!
A reminder that you must be a current TUC member with an Adult or Post-Secondary membership to attend and vote. Please also note that Intro members do not have voting rights at this meeting; however, you are more than welcome to attend.
