Summer 2026: Wednesday East 7-on-7 Mixed League | Team Registration
The Wednesday Mixed League is a 7-on-7 offering (4 OMP : 3 FMP or 3 OMP : 4 FMP gender ratio - end zone chooses rule in effect) and will be open to Intermediate and Recreational teams.
Please note that HAT teams risk cancellation if they do not have at least 8 open-matching players and 6 female-matching players registered ten (10) days before the league start date. Individual player registrants will receive an email fourteen (14) days prior to the league start date, informing them of the current registration status of the HAT team(s).
Divisions: Intermediate / Recreational
Dates: Starts Wednesday, May 13th and finishes Wednesday, August 26th, 2026 (15 weeks of games); Wednesday, September 2nd will be held for a 'rain-date'
Game Times: Games will typically run from 6:45 - 8:30 pm (some 'lit' games will start later)
Location: Any fields EAST of Yonge St. (view a map of potential fields here; please note that we may schedule some games on central fields if we have to, depending on field availability and league size)
Format: 7-on-7 Mixed (League Format). Gender ratio is either 4 OMP: 3 FMP or 3 OMP: 4 FMP (with the endzone rule in effect; read more here)
Cost: Teams $2,215 ($1,960.18 + HST)
Maximum Number of East Teams: 16 total teams (subject to change based on field availability)
Registration for the Wednesday East League will open on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at 12 noon
