Just a friendly reminder that registration for our 2023 Fall Indoor Adult Leagues and our Junior programs opens tomorrow, Tuesday, September 26th!

2023 FALL INDOOR ADULT LEAGUES AND OFFERINGS

Below is the Fall Indoor offerings list for our ADULT leagues and all the registration details, including when (time and date) registration opens!  Please note for leagues whose start date is in November, registration for those leagues will open on Monday, October 2nd!

2023 FALL OUTDOOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Our Fall Outdoor Programming registration will open Wednesday, August 9th, at 10:00 am.

ADULT LEAGUES AND PROGRAMMING

We are pleased to be able to offer the following leagues and development programs for our Adult Membership for the 2023 Fall Outdoor Season, starting September 11th!

All leagues will follow Fall Outdoor Speedpoint Rules and will be 7-on-7 except where noted!

Please note that some leagues are 4 weeks, and others are 5 or 6 weeks.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Summer Experience - Connectfest Tournament

TUC is pleased to announce that we will host another tournament - the return of the pre-pandemic favourite Summer Experience on July 29th, presented by BE Ultimate!

Get ready for another quick hit, with 5 hours of ultimate at the beautiful Sunnybrook Park. This re-imaged event dubbed the "Summer Experience - Connectfest" Tournament, offers a fun chance to get out and play whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner.

This tournament will have space for 8 adult teams, featuring 6v6 play (aiming for a 3:3 ratio). We'll also be running a 4-team junior event at the same time, with an aim for 5v5. In the Connectfest, you can enter as a team, as a small group, or as an individual – but if you are entering as a team, you need to leave 4 spots on your team for individual players.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Pick-up Game on Sunday, April 23rd at Monarch from 4 to 5 pm - Free for Members - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

On Sunday, April 23rd, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Monarch Park Stadium, TUC will run an hour of pick-up for the TUC Community.

We have 1 field (field 4 at Monarch) and will run a family-friendly pick-up game from 4 to 5 pm for TUC members 13+.

MARCH 19TH CLINIC - Int/Comp Mixed Skills And Drills

In preparation for the upcoming outdoor league and club seasons, TUC is hosting three (3) intermediate mixed sessions, happening Sundays at 4 pm on February 26th, March 19th and April 16th. The clinic on March 19th will focus on high cardio and flow drills.

These sessions are intended as a fun way to shake off some winter rust for any who have not been playing!

This event is open to members and non-members.
